It was a busy session for Martin Dunkling landing 33 fish in three days including a big black alligator gar that had not been caught for over five years and a beautiful albino chao phraya catfish. He then went on to catch Juliens golden price carp, striped catfish, rohu, Mekong catfish, chao phraya catfish, catfish shark, and numerous Amazon and Thai redtail.

 
Another two Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Fish Club membership t-shirts for Colin Gawthorpe as he caught the awesome big red arapaima for the third time and yet again landed the 'Friendly One'. He also caught mrigal, chao phraya catfish, pacu, alligator gar, Amazon redtail and more...
 
French angler Chris Siodmak ticked off another one from the top of his bucket list landing a monstrous Siamese carp and joining the Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Carp Club in the process. He then went onto catch striped catfish, and a number of Asian redtail.
 
It was another good session for Palm Tree regular Pat Lowe landing a series of great fish that included a rarely caught small scale mud carp, the hard fighting 'Friendly Mekong', wallago attu, some chunky Amazon redtails, Siamese carp, Thai redtail, a pb alligator gar, and more...
 
Dan Hastings had a much better session this time not only catching the ' Friendly Mekong" but also land a pb Siamese carp of around 120lb. He then went on to catch several new species for him in the shape of mollycot, yellow catfish and crystal eyed catfish as well as a pb Thai redtail and Amazon redtail.
 
What a session for Palm tree regular Paul Muir that was topped off by an impressive wallago leeri. He also successfully landed tambaqui, Juliens golden price carp, African walking catfish, bearded labeo, spotted featherback, Mekong catfish, leopard catfish, black shark minnow, alligator gar, chao phraya catfish, as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
Colin Gawthorpe went to IT Monster Lake with Tim and Namwan and had a very productive day landing a variety of species that included chao phraya catfish, Juliens golden price carp, common carp, Siamese carp, Amazon redtail, tilapia, and soldier river barb.
 
Another good session for Leigh Knott successfully landing a superb tambaqui along with Chinese silver carp, alligator gar, striped catfish, rohu, a black Amazon redtail as well as a number of other Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
Mr Punch aka John Harvey also returned during the month successfully landing an awesome pb albino pacu and a new species for him in the shape of a Chinese highfin catfish. He also caught mrigal, pacu, yellow catfish, chao phraya catfish, suckermouth catfish, spotted featherback, and both Asian and Amazon redtail.
 
Fishing enthusiast Tim Coakley was back again for yet another successful visit landing a stunning Chinese black carp, as well as albino chao phraya catfish, rohu, black ear catfish, vundu catfish, leopard catfish as well as both Asian and Amazon redtail.
 
The guides had a good month catching a wide variety of superb fish that included wallago leeri, Juliens golden price carp, albino chao phraya, small scale mud carp, black shark minnow, spotted featherback, Mekong catfish, Chinese silver carp, pacu, Chinese highfin catfish, African walking catfish as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
Nicholas Calvi and his fishing buddy were very excited as they both joined the Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Catfish Club by not only catching the ' Friendly One' but also catching an even bigger Mekong catfish after a gruelling three hour battle in torrential rain. They also caught rohu, and both Asian and Amazon redtail.
 
Steve Griskauskas returned with his father for another visit successfully landing some nice specimens that included Siamese carp, black shark minnow, rohu, and both Asian and Amazon redtail.
 
First time visitor to Palm Tree Melchor De Lasheras also caught the 'Friendly Mekong' as well as striped catfish, rohu, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
Italian angler Riccardo Graziotti was pleased with his catches of the 'Friendly Mekong', rohu, alligator gar and catfish shark.
 
Jon and Ian succeeded in landing a number of nice catches that included Juliens golden price carp, Mekong catfish, leopard catfish, spotted featherback, wallago attu and Thai redtail.
 
First time visitor Mike Hubbard seemed pleased with his catches of alligator gar, Amazon redtail and striped catfish.
 
Ryan returned for another session catching a number of Amazon redtail as well as rohu and chao phraya catfish.
 
Colin Williams caught some nice striped catfish and catfish shark to go with his yellow catfish and Asian redtail.
 
It was a tough session for Gavin Perfect whose only fish of note was this Asian redtail.
