Micky Quayle returned in April and what a memorable session it turned out to be as he became the first angler to land the recently stocked 450lb+ Mekong catfish, as well as three arapaima and 'The Warrior'. He also caught a pb tambaqui, rohu, albino pacu, alligator gar, striped catfish as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.

The second half of Vincent Huermann's session in April was just as impressive landing some more massive Siamese carp and Mekong catfish as well as several catla carp. They also caught albino pacu, catfish shark, striped catfish, mollycot, as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.

Dan Hasting returned in April and had a good session on the waggler catching some awesome black shark minnows, as well as rohu, a rare granulated catfish, yellow catfish, tambaqui and more... He also landed the 'Big White' 400lb+ Mekong catfish and some Amazon redtail.
 
 
 
 
Evan Broadway was the first angler to visit in April and was well pleased with his catches of arapaima, Siamese carp, Chao Phraya catfish, Amazon redtail and striped catfish.
 
 
 
 
Vincent Huermann returned with his son for a session in April and caught so many fish we had to split the catch report into two. In the first half of the session they both managed to Big Fish Club t-shirts with the capture of 'The Warrior' and the 'Friendly Mekong'. They also caught tambaqui, rohu, yellow catfish, striped catfish, wels catfish as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.

Peter Haack and some fishing mates visited us in April. They caught a number of monstrous Siamese carp and Mekong catfish, as well as arapaima, tambaqui, wels catfish, giant freshwater stingray, Chao Phraya catfish, striped catfish and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Adam Tomlin returned in April this time acompanied by his son and had a great time catching a monstrous Siamese carp, as well as alligator gar, tambaqui, pacu, striped catfish, albino pacu, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
It was Tony Broadbent's first overseas fishing trip when he came to Palm Tree Lagoon in April. It turned out to be a very successful one with him catching a variety of superb species that included Arapaima, Mekong catfish including the 'Friendly One', tambaqui, giant featherback, Chao Phraya catfish, striped catfish, alligator gar, Siamese carp, as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail.
