Palm Tree Lagoon - Latest Customer Catches September 2021

Cat and Peter were back in September for another session and they finally caught the long sought after giraffe catfish. Other fish of note were a fine Chinese black carp, chao phraya catfish and several Siamese carp over the 100lb mark that included ‘The Warrior’. They also landed Juliens golden price carp, alligator gar, the ‘Friendly Mekong’, wallago attu, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Session one for Tim in September and the success with the corn continued, with a few rare catches that included albino striped catfish, firewood catfish and albino mollycot. In addition to these he caught a wide range of other species like Siamese carp, ripsaw catfish, catla carp, Juliens golden price carp, alligator gar, Mekong catfish, giant gourami, grass carp and Amazon redtail.
 
 
 
 
James Wilkinson made his first visit to Palm Tree Lagoon during the month of September catching three new species namely wallago attu, alligator gar and mollycot. He also caught three pb’s ripsaw catfish, Amazon redtail and Asian redtail and also landed Siamese carp.
 
 
 
 
September was another productive month for Benji and o catching a wide variety of fish that included giant gourami, leopard catfish, marble goby, grass carp, Juliens golden price carp, mollycot, rohu, ripsaw catfish, alligator gar, mrigal, yellow catfish, Siamese carp, black ear catfish, black shark minnow, tambaqui, rohu x black shark minnow, as well as both Asian and Amazon redtail.
 
 
 
 
Dutch angler Dennis de Ruiter made his first visit to Palm Tree during September catching a nice alligator gar and a pb tambaqui as well as ripsaw catfish, Chinese silver carp a new species for him, Siamese carp, and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Graham Wall returned in September and gained himself another Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Carp Club t-shirt as he successfully caught ‘The Warrior’ again. He also landed some other great fish that included ripsaw catfish, Juliens golden price carp, catla carp, striped catfish, and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Mike Cr had a great couple of days as he returned in September catching the ‘Friendly One’ twice, as well as landing an awesome albino chao phrays, catla carp, crystal eyed catfish and tambaqui all new species for him, striped catfish and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Session two in September was another stellar one for Tim topped off by a new lake record Chinese black carp and a right belter of a Juliens golden price carp. Other noticeable catches included, black shark minnow, ripsaw catfish, Siamese carp, giant gourami, grass carp, catla carp, Mekong catfish, striped catfish, and Asian redtail.

 

 
 
 
 
John Leverton returned in September this time catching a superb Salawin Rita as well as alligator gar, Siamese Carp, Wallago attu, and amazon redtail.
